Abstract

The condition of disability can be an indication of inequality, limitation, lack of opportunities and discrimination in all aspects of life and education is no exception. The research is aimed at analyzing how the use of tools based on typhotechnology such as the braille system, screen readers and audiobooks and the closed abacus contributes to increasing the accessibility, participation and performance of students with 80% of visual disabilities. . It was necessary to apply a methodology framed in the socio-critical, field and experimental paradigm, with a mixed quali-quantitative nature and a descriptive-explanatory approach, exploratory factor analysis was used. The results suggest a significant impact on the academic progress of the experiment group related to the use of the tools, the factor analysis highlights the existence of a common underlying factor that influences performance and their ability to learn compared to the use of the tools, identifying a variation in performance according to the specific needs and abilities of each student, which highlights the importance of inclusive education with adaptive tools that respond to the needs and abilities to increase educational quality.
