Abstract

Any project begins with norms (rules, recommendations) and it is the norms that influence architectural and planning decisions. Building codes and regulations have a long history of formation and numerous adjustments due to new trends. However, modern building codes do not always take into account the environmental agenda. The formulated environmental programs for the development of the city are advisory and do not intersect with existing practical architectural and construction solutions.
