Abstract

A 20 year old male presented with features of intestinal obstruction. Contrast enhanced computer tomography revealed a target lesion at cecal region consistent with ileoceacal intussusception. Emergency laprotomy was done with hemicolectomy and ileo-colic anastomosis. Histopathology of the specimen showed features of non Hodgkin lymphoma. Immunohistochemistry showed tumor cells positive staining for CD20, CD79a and weakly positive for CD10, Bcl-2, Bcl-6 and negative for CD3 consistent with Burkitt’s lymphoma.
