Abstract

The paper is focused on the identification of problems faced by educators in the educational institution, the school children's club. From the initial placement of the educator in the educational process, he/she is matched with problems related to his/her adaptation to the new environment and the unpredictable circumstances that he/she has to deal with. We identify the shortcomings affecting the professional activity of educators as the problems of the novice educator, the sustainability of discipline and respect for the educator as an authority figure, the underestimation and undervaluation of the profession, the inclusion of children with special educational needs in the activities of the club, and the material and spatial shortcomings in the school children's club.
