Abstract
The article reflects scientific, philosophical and practical data on the health and life- style of modern youth. The role of theoretical developments and education in shaping the respondents’ understanding of the studied phenomena is shown. A philosophical analysis of ideas about a healthy lifestyle and the role of a healthy day regimen is given. The dependence of the younger generation’ health on biospheric and social factors is revealed. The role of the institution of education in the information aspect and the practical application of health-saving technologies in a crisis society is noted.
