Abstract
Female patient, 37 years old, with right trigeminal neuralgia V1 V2 V3 since 2018. Started with pharmacological treatment with carbamazepine 1600 mg/d, without response. In January 2019 she was examined in another institution, and a neurovascular decompressive surgery (janetta) was performed, with poor response. April 2019 we performed Gasserian Ganglion Compression with poor result. August 2019 we performed radiofrequency ablation without response. In May 2021 she underwent for another neurovascular decompressive surgery, with poor results and recurring pain in the 3 branches.
