Abstract
Airway management in a patient with a displaced mandibular fracture remains a challenging task for anaesthesiologists due to distorted anatomy, managing shared airways and choosing appropriate airway management techniques preoperatively. This case report emphasises the importance of using the hybrid technique with a fibreoptic bronchoscope (FOB) and video laryngoscope (VL) for nasal intubation in such a challenging situation.
