Abstract

Enterprise management is ultimately the management of people, and the driving force of competition is also the competition of talents. Human resource management module, as the system of company personnel management, plays an important role in the daily office of the company. Excellent HRM model can make the company's enterprise management and personnel management, etc. run efficiently and bring great economic benefits to the company. However, with the development of the company, the change of its business model and the increase of its related personnel management needs, the increase of the complexity and variability of the business area makes the traditional HRM model unable to adapt well to such changes, resulting in serious redundancy of HRM functions and making system maintenance very difficult. In this paper, we developed a human resource management system using B/S structure, introduced clustering algorithm to evaluate the talent level according to the employee performance of an enterprise, and clustered the talent into four categories A, B, C and D. Through the stress test and concurrency test of the system in this paper, it is verified that the system has good performance and meets the system design requirements.
