Abstract
In the Internet era, enterprises are paying more and more attention to human resource management, and it is crucial for enterprises to use Internet technology to enhance and improve human resource management. This paper analyzes the new opportunities that human resource management will face in the Internet era, puts forward the main problems of traditional human resource management in enterprises and gives improvement measures.
