Abstract
Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) memerlukan work engagement dan psychological well-being untuk berfungsi optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keduanya pada 71 pengurus BEM FKIP ULM dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala psychological well-being dan skala work engagement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,760, mengindikasikan hubungan kuat searah. Temuan ini berguna bagi layanan bimbingan konseling di kampus dalam merancang program manajemen stres dan peningkatan motivasi bagi pengurus organisasi.Abstract: The Student Executive Board (BEM) requires work engagement and psychological well-being to function optimally. This research aims to determine the relationship between the two in 71 BEM FKIP ULM administrators using quantitative methods and a correlational approach. Data collection was carried out through the psychological well-being scale and work engagement scale. The analysis results show a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.760, indicating a strong unidirectional relationship. These findings are useful for counseling services on campus in designing stress management programs and increasing motivation for organizational administrators.
