Abstract

An application in nuclear physics of Hubbell's radiation field computational methodology to the characterization of a nuclear reactions originated field in second order approximation in an homogeneous thin disk-shaped target, in nondispersive media, is proposed. Computationally tractable expressions for the flux density distribution of the emitted products in some types of nuclear reactions are presented.
