Abstract
Objective Discuss the correlativity of Virus's quantity and CD4/CD45RA、CD4/CD45RO、CD4/CD28、CD4/CD25、CD4/CD95 and so on.Methods Choose the appropriate antibodies to examinate on the class type cell analyzer.Results CD8/CD38,CD8/CD25,CD14,the CD19 member(＜1000 copies/ml)is lower than the high-level viral load capacity in the underlying bed virus load capacity(＞1000 copies/ml),and has statistics difference(P＜0.05);CD56,CD8/CD95(＜1000 copies/ml)are higher than the high-level viral load capacity in the underlying bed virus load capacity(＞1000 copies/ml),and has statistics difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion CD8/CD38,CD8/CD25,CD14,CD19 and the viral load capacity has the relevance CD56,CD8/CD95 and viral load capacity existence inverse correlation.
