Abstract

Luis Pegenaute is a full professor in the Department of Translation and Language Sciences at the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, where he researches topics related to translation history, translation theory, literary translation and comparative literature. In recent decades, he has coordinated important projects in the area of translation history. In this interview, Pegenaute offers a wide panorama of the historiography of translation in Spain, as well as identifies the main researchers and works that make up this field of study. He also talks about his new projects underway.
