One of these disorders is transient hyperthyroidism of hyperemesis gravidarum in the first few weeks of pregnancy, which is usually self-limiting.We present a case of longstanding and refractory hyperemesis gravidarum with manifestations of hyperthyroidism, posing a difficult differential diagnosis with Graves’ disease.
