Abstract

The objective of this article is to highlight, in a panoramic manner, the žižekian project of philosophy in his attempt to reconcile Lacanian psychology with Hegelian philosophy. We will highlight that this reading of Žižek will give primacy to Lacanian psychoanalysis by trying to interpret Hegel in the light of Lacan and not Lacan in the light of Hegel. Žižek's method depends on a sufficiently original reading of Hegel promoted by Žižek. The consequence of this reading of Žižek is to understand Hegel as a philosopher of contingency and not as a philosopher of the absolute.
