Abstract

Transparent heating film was fabricated with the conductive coating solution including silver nanowire and graphene oxide. Visible transmittance, electric resistance, and heating temperature were analyzed on the as-prepared film. Transparent heating film was fabricated with a resistance value of 100 Ω or less, and the visible transmittance was adjusted at a level of 90% or less according to the loading of Ag nanowire. The heating temperature was stably increased throughout the film up to 100 °C or more in proportion to the applied DC voltage.
