Abstract
The recent results on hadron production from the NA49 experiment are rewied, focusing on strangeness (K+), proton (p) and deuteron (d) production for central Pb + Pb collisions. The first preliminary results onK+ at beam energy 30 AGeV are reported. The slope parameterT andK+/π+ ratio are shown and compared to those at other energies. Midrapidity transverse mass distributions ofp amdd are measured in central Pb + Pb collisions at 40, 80 and 158 AGeV. The final results onp andd production for centrality selected Pb + Pb collisions at 158 AGeV are also presented.
