Abstract

Ground Glass (GG) changes can be normally seen on a CT thorax if done during expiration. However, various conditions, both malignant and benign, may also present as GG changes. The typical radiological manifestation of Covid pneumonitis is ground glass changes, and in this short review, we will look at other causes of ground glass changes on the CT thorax. These are usually non-specific, but knowledge of the causes of GG changes can help the respiratory physician plan further tests and reach a diagnosis.
