Abstract

In the recent days the word “Green” is taking revolutionary rounds in the field of research to save the earth planet from environmental pollution. Green synthetic reactions help in reducing the unwanted and hazardous byproducts formation during the reaction. Using ideal solvents and nontoxic chemicals can uplift the environment friendliness in terms of pollution. Since the existing inorganic methods are not effectively removing pollutants, Bioremediation with bacteria, Fungi, plants, fungi etc are found to be the efficient approach methods in removing pollutants. Hence in this paper we would like to summarize the green synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles from various plant tissues for the effective environmental remediation. From the literature it is found that iron based nanoparticles has many potential applications for the environmental remediation.
