Abstract

China is currently a rapidly developing country and is in second place in terms of population among all countries of the world. With the increase in the number of citizens, the housing construction market is growing and developing, and various state programs are being created to support this industry and improve housing conditions for various categories of the population. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of housing construction in China, as well as to study the experience of implementing state support programs in China, taking into account the identified features. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the objectives of the study were formulated: to identify the features of the housing construction market in China that determine the trends in the development of state support; to consider various housing construction support programs and social support measures for low-income citizens to improve living conditions. The methodological basis of the study consists of elements of systematic and integrated approaches, as well as general scientific and private (special) methods of cognition of various socio-economic phenomena and processes. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are presented about the prospects and problems that exist in the housing construction market in China, and it is also concluded that it is advisable for Russia to use the accumulated experience of state support in the field of housing construction.
