Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine how human talent management affects job performance at the Company Solagri Perú SAC – Trujillo 2021; The respective problem being: How does human talent management affect job performance in the Company Solagri Perú SAC – Trujillo 2021? The research design was non-experimental, with a transectional explanatory design; As the study population, 20 company workers were used, who in turn made up the sample. The questionnaire was applied to collect data. Among its results, it was obtained that human talent management qualified at a high level, but only with 60%, and performance obtained a high qualification by 70%; concluding that the management of human talent has a positive and significant impact on work performance in the Company Solagri Perú SAC., according to Pearson correlation, which obtained a relationship of 0.726, which indicates that, if the management is good or high, to the same extent will be the performance.
