Consulting with many physicists and books about an originality of Eq. (9) as much as possible, we did not get an information on it in our completion last year (1982). A4) A formula used by Carruthers and Shih5) is easily obtained in Eq. (I2) as p→1. In particular, a used value of k = 2 is coincident with our analyses for data with rapidity cutoffs, which means the degree of the charged freedom. The author would like to thank Dr. P.
