Abstract
The article presents the content, methods and means of STEM teaching of elements of quantum circuitry in the course on quantum computing for third-year students majoring in information systems at the Institute of Information Technology and Technological Education (Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia). Namely, the teaching content includes algorithms for creating quantum circuits for constructing a quantum state from its complex amplitudes and vectors of basic states. Algorithms use QRAM quantum memory, whose address register contains the Wngen state, as well as the uncomputing quantum programming technology; in this case, intricate quantum states Wn and Wngen are essentially used. The content of training implies the joint use of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
