Abstract
The most preferable option for introducing diversity into the educational and training process of schoolchildren is the inclusion of outdoor games, in which a variety of movements is most comprehensively represented. For the effectiveness of the process of preparing middle school students, game tools were used, in which physical loads of different sizes are more easily tolerated by the child’s body. The purpose of the work is to develop and experimen- tally substantiate the effectiveness of the methodology for improving the speed abilities of middle school students by means of outdoor games.
