Abstract

The text deals about notary services and you register them as important mechanisms of legal and economic security, especially by recognizing the public faith granted to the respective acts.In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the characteristics of the speed and prevention of litigation are also highlighted.Contemporary needs eventually required a repositioning of the notarial and registration system, something that can be explained by the theoretical construction of Luhmann (self-poiesis).In this context of adaptations, provisions of the National Internal Affairs Service (CNJ) allow that, during the Public Health Emergency, debtors' subpoenas are made by electronic means or application of instant messages and voice calls, and that the installment of debts protested take place through the use of electronic means of payment. It seeks to demonstrate that the notarial protest can help in the recovery of the economy after the pandemic, being useful and convenient the maintenance of the new regulations of the CNJ, as they grantmore efficiency to the activity of notarial protests. To achieve the objectives, the hypothetical-deductive method is applied. The research is of the applied type, qualitative, legal-exploratory and bibliographic.
