Abstract

IN the First Quarter 2016 issue of the EMR, I concluded my article Leading the Innovation Team with, Taking on the role of the Innovation Leader-Manager provides for an exciting career for those with the desire to see thoughts combine into an idea, an idea into a concept, a concept into a plan, and a plan into a product that satisfies user needs, and builds a sustainable organization. Pursuing an innovation culture requires an abundance of ideas to be rationalized for their acceptability within the context of the organization's business scope.
