Ms. Bonfield heads an archival consulting firm which advlses libraries, historical societies, museums, businesses, public record repositories and other organizations on oral history, archives, and manuscripts. Formerly archivist at Harvard University, Radcllffe College, Temple University, and the California Historical Society, she has conducted numerous workshops in these fields, has directed many major projects, and has published several edited oral history interviews. Currently she serves on the Council of the Society of American Archivists, the Board of the Friends of the San Francisco Publlc Library, and Is a Governor Brown appointee to the California Herltage Preservation Commlsslon.Search for more papers by this author Lynn A.
