Abstract
The main factors of influence of development of social competence of students of RSU named after S.A. Esenin University of Ryazani (Russia) on formation and formation of their personality and specialists (bachelor 's degrees) in educational system are disclosed in this article. The concept of socio-psychological competence and adaptation of personality is considered. The influence of social competence on the success of the student 's educational and professional activity is carried out thanks to the realization of the gnostic, selective, reflexive, projective components of the educational system
