Abstract

The young specialist must have the ability to self-organization your professional activity. Formation of self- organization ability of future specialist is regarded as an active constructive position to mobilize domestic resources and of their actions for the successful professional activity. We believe that successful specialist forms while the contextual training. The article presents the essential features of contextual training of Master students for future professional educational activities. The article indicates that contextual approach focuses students on the preparation at high school future professional activity and reflects its laws, characteristics and specifics.
 Professionally designed training system problems, tasks and functions are content of future specialists' contextual training in higher education. The paper considers that the creation of contextual learning experience in preparing students in the master's degree is necessary. Specific characteristics of the educational context of a professional environment are described: principles of the contextual approach; method of modeling contexts; reflexivity education; specific methods and teaching methods; context type textbook; self-identity and personal culture in a cross-cultural context. Context of the preparation of the future teacher of high school is correlated with areas (planes) and using the self-organizing activities (organization of time, space organization, organization information, organization of the professional and functional activities and roles, personal self-organization) by the teacher. It is indicated that educational activities, modeled professional activities, educational and professional activities are forms of contextual training of future teachers to the profession.
