Abstract

Social management in the organization and its component — personnel management, become the basis of economic relations. That is why, the purpose of the publication is to highlight the characteristics of personnel as a management object for understanding the processes taking place in the social management system. The work is based on the analysis of definitions of personnel, personnel management; highlighted the functions of the principles of such management. This gave us the opportunity to conclude that without an effective system for managing the social sphere of an organization, it is impossible to achieve, first of all, economic success.
