Formation of Professional Competencies Based on Independent Activity of Students

Abstract

This article discusses some features of the process of forming professional competencies based on the planning, organization and management of independent work of students. The author reveals the experience of working on the formation and development of professional competencies in new conditions. At the same time, the main emphasis is on the creative work and motivation of the student. Independent work of a student is an integral part of the training of qualified specialists in higher educational institutions. A feature of modern professional training of students is the predominant nature of individual and independent work.
