Abstract

The article deals with the educational and scientific preparation of masters in the institutions of higher education as a process of their professional and personal qualities development, the formation of professional and research competence in educational and future professional activity that promotes the innovative tasks solving in the conditions of education informatization. Their training system state, taking into account the current tendencies of education informatization testifies to the lack of the subject development component – the specifics of the analysis, selection, creation and use of ICT tools in accordance with production tasks. The effective organizational and methodical decisions as a systematic influence on the formation of professional competencies in the system of educational and scientific preparation of masters in HES was the introduction of a curriculum for the training of future elementary school teachers of selective educational discipline “Methodology and technology of the informatization of the pedagogical activity of teacher of elementary school”, the study of which provides formation of the teachers professional competence to the use of various information technologies in the higher and elementary school educational process. The purpose, the task, the subject of studying the discipline, the content component of the program, represented by two content modules, the forms and methods of the organization of training are revealed, a number of tasks for independent work of students is given in the course of studying, which provides the formation of the higher education applicants readiness for self-organization, self-education, and self-improvement. The content of lectures, the academic discipline of distance counseling lessons organization, the development of the electronic complex of teaching and methodological support of the discipline; creation of interactive tasks for the thematic and modular evaluation of the students’ academic achievements; the development of modern criteria and indicators of evaluating the results of independent work of students improvement are determined the prospects of professional competence formation.
