FORMATION OF INFORMATION MODEL OF MODERN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN CONDITIONS OF THE E-GOVERNMENT

Abstract

The subject of study of this article is the economic and administrative relations in modern Kazakhstan in conditions of development of e-government. The unity of the subject and method of the research is expressed in the appropriate information methodology. This methodology allows to make the aggregate economic analysis of the theory and practice of a new global information economy in Kazakhstan. Under the current e-government there is a need of formation and implementation of the unified state approach in the implementation and future operation of information technology systems at the level of the national economy as a whole. Specifically, we are talking about here is that these new points of economic performance and management in terms of e-government should be seen as a whole, namely: style - virtual - business - security. The fact is that the realities of modern economic life requires: first, a fundamental restructuring of the traditional style of economic thinking and the transition to new economic and information images and ideas, and secondly, to identify the characteristics of e-commerce and mobile government, and third, to prove the prospects business - processes and, fourthly, to show ways of information security.
