Abstract

Intensive rhythmic gymnastics classes in adolescence are aimed at achieving high athletic results, while forming value attitudes towards health. The article presents data on the attitude to the health of athletes aged 11-14 years, the main motives of recovery are revealed. The data obtained allow us to conclude that psychological and pedagogical support of athletes involved in sports schools is necessary for purposeful work on the formation of a social attitude of a teenager's personality to his health.
