Abstract
<p>The patterns used in the habituation and behavior of foreign languages in the Harakatul Qur'Aan Islamic Boarding School Taluk Kabuang, Koto Tangah District, Padang were built, so that students have the ability to speak foreign languages, especially Arabic with an active period of 3 months. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection from observations, interviews and documentation. There are several factors that influence foreign language habits and behavior including internal and external motivation, intelligence and environmental factors, habituation in communication and interaction with foreign languages accompanied by the provision of new vocabulary every morning, often holding activities that can create communication and interaction can work well and is accompanied by new vocabulary, evaluating and understanding new information.</p>
