FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN OF INNOVATION STIMULATING

Abstract

Innovation activity in modern conditions is considered as one of the most important factors of effective organizational operation, industrial, financial, scientific areas, because they bring together the most effective result. Most advanced industrialized countries realized the need every support innovation. Experience with methods, forms and tools to stimulate the development of innovative foreign countries is extremely useful for Ukraine.The article is for international comparisons stimulate innovative development of individual countries, the formation principles of innovation activity in Ukraine based on international experience.In the article considers the experience of foreign countries to support innovative development. The methods and tools of public and private incentives, funding innovation in order to determine the most effective forms for Ukraine.Determined that the tools of innovation policy in different countries have significant differences, due to the influence of various factors, including characteristics of the national culture and history, the economic conditions in countries other factors that influence political decision-making. Found that the state support of innovative development of Europe substantially lag behind the US and some Asian countries. The main reason for this lag is less attractive conditions for private investment in innovation, less effective methods of government support and the presence of various obstacles to the creation of pan-European scientific and technological space.Also considers the experience of a number of newly industrialized countries that have managed to achieve significant progress in the development of innovative activity and competitiveness of their national economies.According to the survey formed principles that can be used by Ukraine for stimulating innovation processes in the country. Results of the study can be used to develop public programs to support innovative enterprises at the national and municipal levels.
