Abstract
Key Points Most common problems of the foot and leg in children are benign and resolve with time.These either require no treatment beyond reassurance or can be managed without subspecialty referral.If a pathologic deformity is found, other congenital anomalies should be sought, especially of the skeletal and nervous systems.
