Abstract

Educational and methodological recommendations in the form of a workbook are intended for independent and individual work by law students, aimed at providing students with the necessary material for this type of work in accordance with the credit-modular system of education and the Syllabus. In order to optimize the educational process and effectively use the time allocated to the study of the normative educational component, as well as especially in the conditions of distance and mixed learning, the proposed tasks can be performed immediately in the workbook. The publication is also intended for masters, postgraduate students, secondary school teachers, high school students, as well as for those who independently study English and are interested in jurisprudence.
