Abstract

The Federal Educational Program of General Education is the most important strategic document, which largely determines the content and technological priorities of the domestic general education system. However, this document currently has not only positive characteristics, but also obvious disadvantages. Incorrect definition of the content of universal educational actions and methodological approaches to their mastery by students actualize the need to improve this document.
