Abstract
This article examines the features of the formation of moral ideas among primary school children from four perspectives: the sensitive period, influence of the socio-cultural environment, emotional component, and development of critical thinking. The author describes the role of educational institutions, parents, and teachers in the process of shaping moral ideas. The article also presents methods for forming moral ideas among children at this age.
