Abstract
The article touches upon the issues of professional orientation as a school problem of overcoming the contradiction between the objective needs of society in balanced structure of graduates’ preparation to choose a professional path and adaptation of it to the future profession. One of the modern tendencies is the aspiration of youth to higher education. He also seeks higher education, even if it is not necessary. Professional self-discipline - includes choosing a profession with personal interests. Taking into account in the article the main assumptions of the authors regarding the introduction of innovative technologies in the organization of career guidance, taking into account the identification of the features of personal self-realization in the profile relation. In the most common sense, vocational self-learning is the result of a conscious and independent choice of profession at several stages and the inclusion of moral, psychological and practical training in the specialty. The author analyzes the results of the survey of students of the final classes, during which important professional directions corresponding to the areas of training of specialists in the Republic of Kazakhstan were identified, as well as indicators of attitudes to different areas of activity of subject areas of schoolchildren who took part in the survey. In the study, the authors decided to study the main criteria for professional self-determination of the younger generation and using the following diagnostic methods: «Map of interests» (S.Ya. Karpilovskaya, adapted by G.V. Rezapkina), professional identity was defined as a type of support for professional self-choice.
