Abstract

The article briefly formulates the main features of mathematical modeling of the dynamics of an active road train of a modern technical level. A block-type mathematical model is considered, which allows for interactive modeling of the dynamics of a road train. Examples of interactive modeling of related systems are given: transmission, suspension and steering systems during curvilinear motion of a road train. As a result of the work carried out, a mathematical model of the longitudinal and transverse dynamics of an active road train is proposed, which will allow to substantiate the basic principles of constructing a system of traction and power equipment of an active road train and will allow to identify the main patterns of functioning and the relationship of constructive solutions for schemes of a motor-transmission installation, a wheel suspension system and steering for creation of an automatic control system for these systems, measuring systems developed on the basis of the achievements of modern mechatronics.
