Abstract
The results of studies of the processes of formation of coatings based on titanium nickelides during diffusion annealing of titanium at a temperature of 750...850 °C with a chemical nickel coating are presented. The kinetics of transformation of a nickel layer on titanium into an intermetallic coating based on titanium nickelides is shown. The dependence of the chemical composition of the formed layers of nickelides on the temperature-time regimes of annealing has been established.
