Abstract

A review of fault diagnosis techniques for analogue circuits with a focus on fault verification methods has been represented. A systematic treatment of the k-fault diagnosis theory and methods for both linear and non-linear circuits as well as the class-fault diagnosis technique has been given. The fault incremental circuit for both linear and non-linear circuits has been introduced, based on which a coherent discussion on different fault diagnosis methods has been achieved.
