Abstract

This chapter is concerned with fault diagnosis of analogue circuits using neural networks. A neural-network-based L1-norm optimization technique for fault diagnosis of non-linear analogue circuits with tolerances is introduced. Fault diagnosis of analogue circuits with noise, using a wavelet transform and neural networks is also discussed.
