Abstract
This study aimed to identify the labor stressors in nursing work nurse, at in the Intensive Care Unit. Method: This is a descriptive study by literature integrative review method, where the selected articles include a the years between 2006 and 2023. Results: The results show significant labor difficulties in the professional work unit to significant labor difficulties, including double journey, death of patients, drive management, among others that are certainly present of stress in the nurses work context. Conclusion: institutions reassess the policies directed to the nursing worker and the physical space of their work, and the conditions to which they are subject, focusing a greater appreciation of the professional, thus allowing a quality of life in satisfactory work, and as a result, productivity of service quality.
