Abstract

We have all seen development over the past few decades in virtually every industry. Agriculture is a linked area of development. Nowadays, large farmers use cutting-edge machineries like tractors, cultivators, harvesters, and modern farm equipment. In nations like India, over 70% of farmers still practise conventional farming. They also require more advanced farming tools. This essay analyses the 9-tyne cultivator in various soil conditions and studies failure. Using a cultivator, which experiences stress through contact with the soil, is a crucial piece of agricultural equipment for preparing the soil. When the Tyne works as a cultivator and is in contact with the soil. We can lessen the strain caused by altering the cultivator's design. First, an accurate CAD model has been created using Pro/E CAD software to analyse this Tyne mechanism using FEM. The stresses were then calculated using FEM analysis utilising ANSYS software. The process of optimization in the advanced cultivator tool system was conceptually created, made, and subjected to research and analysis after failure. The soil bed preparation and varied crop patterns are both considered in the programme testing of a field performance. The greatest benefit was achieving high weed eradication effectiveness.
