Abstract
Satisfaction can be defined as the difference that exists between the expectations presented by the patient with the perception or care they truly received. This concept is highly complex since it is directly related to a number of factors, including: experiences that has been previously received, expectations, lifestyle, socioeconomic level and very important values, the health system focuses exclusively on user satisfaction since it is an indication of comfort, permanence, control and implies greater demand for services. A bibliographic review is carried out where information was collected and a documentary technique was used, through scientific search engines available on the web, such as articles and publications of a scientific nature that correspond to databases such as: Scielo, PubMed, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate. Allowing an answer to the research question: What are the factors that influence patient satisfaction with nursing care? The PRISMA 2020 methodology was used for literature reviews. Finally, it was shown that in more developed countries, adequate infrastructure, sufficient personnel, they have a better perception by patients of the care provided, while developing countries, which do not have adequate infrastructure or sufficient personnel, obtain a lower rating with the degree of care.
