Abstract

Under the new era background, Colleges also put forward new challenges and new requirements for the IPE of college students. Because the ideological and political learning is the basis of learning in various disciplines, but for college students, there are many management factors that will affect the implementation of IPE. Starting from the IPE in Colleges, this paper mainly analyzes the management factors that affect the IPE in Colleges. First of all, this paper explores the current situation of IPE in Colleges, which is hopeful and challenging. Second, it explores the current situation of management in Colleges. Based on these situations, this paper puts forward the management factors that affect IPE in Colleges, which are analyzed from the perspective of social environment and students’ own factors. Finally, it can be concluded that the level of IPE in Colleges is generally lower than that in middle schools, which indicates that IPE in Colleges should be strengthened.
