Enzymes speed up chemical processes more than chemical catalysts due to their specifi city. Enzymes are used in practically every industry today. Enzymes have always been crucial. Amylase is becoming increasingly popular because it may break down starch in multiple ways. Amylase reactions then cover amylases and other enzymatic reactions covered in this article as a catalyst.
